Nicole’s Precious Hands PLLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 22, 2026
Nicole’s Precious Hands PLLC (“we”, “us”) provides non-medical home care and
patient advocate services to families in Dallas, Collin, Rockwall and Tarrant Counties, Texas. This policy
explains what information we collect when you use nicolesprecioushands.com, call or email us, or respond to
one of our advertisements, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, who the
care is for, the kind of help you are looking for, when you would like care to start, and anything you write in a
message. We collect this when you fill in a request form on our website, submit a lead form on Facebook or
Instagram, call us, text us or email us.
- Information collected automatically — like most websites, our site and the advertising
platforms we use (Google Ads, Meta) may record the pages you visit, the ad you came from, your device and
browser type and an approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies. We use this to understand
which of our advertisements work.
How we use it
- To call or write back to you about care for your loved one and to schedule a free in-home assessment.
- To provide and manage the care you ask for.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To keep records the State of Texas requires of a licensed home and community support services agency.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything other than the reasons above.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form and
email providers, phone system and customer-relationship software. They may only use your information to
provide their service to us.
- Advertising platforms. If you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects that
form under its own privacy policy and
passes it to us. Google Ads and Meta may also receive anonymous conversion signals (for example, that a call
took place) so we can measure our advertising.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a client, a caregiver or the public.
Health information you share with us about a loved one is used only to plan and provide care and is shared
only with the people involved in that care and as the law allows.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your request or the care we provide. Reply STOP at

contacting you. Email nicole@nicolesprecioushands.com or

are kept for as long as the law requires.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is
completely secure.
