What families ask us first
Do overnight caregivers stay awake?
Yes. Overnight shifts are staffed by an awake caregiver. If you want a live-in arrangement where the caregiver sleeps and is available if needed, we can arrange that instead — we will explain the difference on the call.
Can you cover weekends and holidays?
Yes. Care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
How fast can overnight care start?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours. Tell us on the call how urgent it is and we will give you a straight answer about coverage.
How do families usually pay for around-the-clock care?
We are a private-pay agency. Families pay directly, or through a long-term care insurance policy, and veterans and surviving spouses can often use VA Aid & Attendance benefits toward the cost — ask us and we will point you to the application. We do not bill Medicaid or Medicare. If that is what you need, say so on the call and we will point you somewhere that can help.
